As part of TWCF's ongoing POSTHOC salon series about the nature of human flourishing, we hosted a community-focused salon in LA last month. This time, Pray.com co-founder Matt Potter was in conversation with POSTHOC founder Susan MacTavish Best and TWCF President Andrew Serazin.
The Pray.com user-base experienced exponential growth during COVID, which provided a lifeline of community support for Christians around the world isolated by the pandemic.
"There are about 5 billion people on the planet who pray almost every day," Matt explained to the audience, who gathered on a Sunday evening in POSTHOC's LA warehouse — perhaps to experience that in-person community we all crave so much but can't always readily access. "Some people don't want to go to church, and a lot of people want church to go to them." Listen to the podcast to find out more about the interpersonal support matrix Pray.com's community has created for itself as it's grown.
