Kristin Eldon Whylly is a Senior Grants Manager & Change Management Leader at Templeton World Charity Foundation.
In her role as Senior Grants Manager, Kristin spearheads the foundation’s grant development and management team, driving forward Sir John’s vision through excellent and innovative grantmaking initiatives. She oversees all facets of grant development and management operations, ensuring high quality across programs. In this role, Kristin also promotes best practices in open research by adopting new practices and policies to guide and support the foundation’s grantees and developing grant proposals that promote open research.
Additionally, as the Change Management Lead, Kristin plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the Foundation’s ongoing initiatives to enhance processes through its continuous improvement program.
Before joining the Foundation, Kristin held the role of Grant Administrator at First Trust Bank Limited Ltd.
Kristin is a PMP-qualified project manager and holds an MSc in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics.
