Ken formerly served as the Process Improvement Manager for the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC Bahamas) where he was the team lead on various projects and initiatives for process design, process improvement and system re-engineering/enhancement.
Kenneth Bethel is the System Support Specialist at Templeton World Charity Foundation and provides technical and functional support for all users of the grants management system. Additionally, Ken is responsible for reviewing and executing changes to the system as a part of TWCF’s Continuous Improvement Program.
Before coming to the Foundation, Ken formerly served as the Process Improvement Manager for the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC Bahamas) where he was the team lead on various projects and initiatives for process design, process improvement and system re-engineering/enhancement.
Kenneth obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Savannah State University where he first discovered his passion for total quality management and process improvement.
